"I think the main thing that sets Suma Design apart from other builders is that Mark is a part of the process the entire step of the way. He was there for every decision we made whether it be cabinets, electrical placement, plumbing/faucet placement, tile choice/layout, landscaping, smart home design… EVERYTHING! I love the fact that my home is unique. This our second Suma Design home and both have stood out from any others that I have ever seen in the Kansas City area. "My husband and I began our search for a builder to build our dream home with little to no experience or knowledge. Early in the process, we saw one of Suma Design’s model homes and instantly fell in love.
